REVO Winter Soccer Training – Session II

We are partnering with Strikers to provide pre-season team training for soccer athletes. The focus will be on strength, speed, acceleration, and improving sport-specific performance. Each training session also includes foundational movement work for injury prevention.

10 Weeks Active Training (Jan 21 – April 5)
(The program runs 11 weeks total including a week off for spring break)

HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS

Tues / Thurs 3:45-5:00

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS

Mon 3:45-5:00 / Thurs 2:45-4:00

MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS/BOYS GROUPS

REVO field sports training programs are not general group fitness. They involve expert technical training and structured progressions designed for young athletes. All programs have full, continuous oversight from our coaches.

All players must have a parent/guardian signed waiver.
