Pre-Season Strength + Conditioning (Spring 2018)

8 Weeks of Focused Training

Training begins week of February 10. Space is limited. Register before February 10.

Why We Train

Soccer is a game where endurance, acceleration, and agile movement make the difference on the pitch. While Strikers’ competitive athletes receive excellent ball and field coaching, young athletes often lack fundamental physical development in these other areas. Proper training can be fun and effective and sharpen your edge on the field.

How We Train

REVO youth field sports program trains key athletic foundations. Throughout the 8 weeks, we cover the following to give Strikers players a head start on the spring season:
CONDITIONING
STRENGTH
AGILITY
EXPLOSIVENESS/ACCELERATION
TEMPO TRAINING
KNEE/ANKLE STABILITY

Train With Your Team

We are dedicating 4pm Mon-Thurs for team training. Teams that gather 6 or more players will have the option of reserving weekly sessions. Space is limited.

Train on Your Own or with a Few Friends

If you don’t have 6 or more players from your team, you will still receive the same detailed programming and REVO coaching. Our trainers will work with Strikers athletes during any of our standard workout hours to deliver the same pre-season strength + conditioning program used for team training.

Space is limited for REVO’s 8 week pre-season strength + conditioning.
