Hello!
My name is Julie – I’m a Registered Holistic Nutrition Coach who owns a Nutrition Coaching practice called Wild and Well. I see clients one on one and help guide them towards long-term wellness through diet and lifestyle changes. I take a personalized, non-judgmental, and pragmatic approach to coaching and truly enjoy the impactful conversations I have with my clients. I find that what all of us need is to be seen and then guided back to the basics of health. And believe me when I say that the smallest and simplest of changes tend to yield the most profound outcomes. My goal is NOT to overwhelm you!
Who do I work with? A lot of different folks with varying health concerns and goals come to see me, but a majority are the go-getter personality types – most of my clients are leaders at work, leaders at home, and are training for a long distance race on top of it all. I work with everyone on modifying their diets towards a place that is supporting their lifestyle and is sustainable for the long-term, while also addressing sleep and stress patterns. And of course, I help my athletes stay healthy for - and crush - their next athletic event with personalized sports nutrition guidance!
I’ve also worked with people looking for weight loss, help with their type II diabetes, autoimmune conditions, nutritional support after surgery, gut issues, disordered eating, reducing inflammation, balancing hormones, and managing blood sugar and reducing intense sugar cravings.
Additionally, I provide virtual Corporate Wellness Seminars through my partnership with ClassPass and am a cohost on the podcast Endurance Planet.
Fitness Coaching Experience: I coached group classes at Monkey Bar Gym for a couple of years and led several virtual group fitness challenges during the pandemic within Wild and Well. I am SUPER excited to start coaching group classes at Revo! I love the energy of group classes and getting to provide a space of accountability and support for our community
Athletic Background: HS soccer, basketball, and cross country runner. Collegiate Soccer and Track Athlete. Thru-hiked the PCT in 2016. Completed the RUT 50K twice. Lover of trail running, long distance hiking and backpacking in the mountains, and jumping in alpine lakes. Currently training for my first 50 mile race in July! I also loves to journal every morning and write letters to friends I don't get to see as much these days.
