Our sessions focus a lot on taking the time to listen to your body and understand what it is trying to tell you. Symptoms can be a good thing! It means our body is functioning well enough to let us know something is wrong. Catching health problems early and taking the steps to reverse them naturally is how we are meant to heal. Along with diet modifications we are advocates for time spent in nature, proper sleep hygiene, breath work, short but effective exercises throughout the day, and supplementing when necessary. Getting back to the basics by removing clutter and simplifying our lives can have a significant physiological effect on our hormonal imbalances and overall health.
